Bio-Nylon is a new generation of sustainable fibers, manufactured using environmentally-friendly processes, and is the first of its kind. This care for the planet is present in the reuse of water used in its manufacturing process and in the reduction of greenhouse gases, which are treated prior to being released into the environment, thus preserving the ozone layer and nature.
Ideal for spinning, felting, tapestry weaving, macraweave, art batts, and jumbo knitting. It's very soft and strong, and has a beautiful sheen. Combines beautifully with wool and other fibers for added strength, but it will not wet felt on its own. Can be overdyed using acid dyes.

*Please keep in mind that colors may vary, depending on your monitor or mobile device. I do my best to represent colors as accurately as possible by using color calibration software. Even so, there still could be a variation.
TIP: Bio-Nylon will not wet felt on its own, but does incorporate well into wet felted projects. I recommend going slowly and using room temperature water in the beginning. If your water is too warm, the wool will felt too fast and not have enough time to grab onto the fibers. Treat it just as you would fabric in nuno felting.
