Terms and Conditions of Purchase
(Effective January 11, 2024)
Prices - All pricing is shown in US Dollars.
Payment - VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Please be aware that some banks may charge a transaction fee for international purchases.
Sales Tax - As required by state law, items shipped within New Mexico will require that gross receipts tax be applied, based on the shipping address your order is being delivered to.
Special Offers - Private sales or special offers are always limited. Unfortunately, orders that have been placed before an offer begins cannot be changed. This applies even if your order is delivered during the time an offer is running.

Shipping - Shipping is now available in the US and Canada. Shipments go out Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS, and are generally processed within 1–3 business days. No-Rush Flat-Rate Shipping (when available) is processed within 3-5 business days.
You will receive an automated email notification once your order has shipped which will include tracking information.
If for some reason your package can't be delivered and is returned because an incorrect address was provided to Santa Fe Wool, or you refuse to pay import taxes or other fees, or is otherwise undeliverable, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded. Also, the return shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from your refund. If your package cannot be delivered and is returned due to an error by Santa Fe Wool, it will be remedied at no cost to the customer.
Shipments to Canada - In addition to the processing times mentioned above, shipments to Canada may take up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on the carrier and customs clearance. If you have a deadline for items you’re purchasing, please keep this in mind.
Shipping to Canada is new and still being tested, and possibly will require some tweaking. Excess shipping overages, if any, will be refunded. If you have questions about shipping fees or possible overages, please contact me here BEFORE placing your order.
VAT, GST or other taxes/duties/fees may be owed upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs labels are marked as containing ‘Merchandise’, and the value of the shipment shall be equal to the actual amount paid. Shipments cannot be documented at a price lower than the paid amount or marked as gifts.
Returns - If a problem should arise with your order, I’m happy to help! Your concern must be reported within 7 days of receipt, and depending on the situation, a photograph of the issue may be requested.
If an item needs to be returned, it must be received within 30 days of customer receipt, and in its original condition via trackable mail, before a refund will be issued. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer is also responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. This includes fibers smelling of smoke, perfume, or other fragrances, as all items are originally sold and shipped fragrance-free.
