Olive Oil Soap is superb for wet felting! It's gentle on wool and your hands, plus it’s low in suds, keeping out air that could shift your design during the felting process.

In this grated form, just add it to hot water and give a gentle stir to help it dissolve. Let sit for a few minutes to completely dissolve. When it feels slippery between your fingers, you're good to go! If it doesn't feel slippery enough, just add more flakes. (I add about 1 tablespoon per 32 ounces of rainwater, but amounts will vary depending on the ph of your own water.)

TIP: If you're using hard water, try adding a squirt of vinegar to help balance the ph and make your felting go a little faster.

Comes in your choice of reusable plastic tub, or a resealable eco-friendly compostable bag (which can also be used to refill your tub). 5 ounces each. Some settling may occur.
